A progressing residential apartmentproject in Goa, to be served as guest houses, was requested by the client. Taking into consideration our client’s affinity towards the culture of the place and open verandas are factors considered in the design development. In the G+2 structure with bedrooms and suites, the placement of projections and its cubical formation, provision for a swimming pool on the second floor and laterite walls are a few distinct elements in the elevation. Architecture maximizes light and ventilation without compromising privacy.
